After the Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago collapsing during the requiem mass of the late Kampala archdioceses Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga he was rushed to hospital.
Nyanjura Doreen the deputy Kampala lord mayor has made a special statement about the current condition of Kampala Lord Mayor Alhaj Salongo Erias Lukwago. Lukwago was whisked away from a requiem mass in honor of Bishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga at Lubaga and rushed to Lubaga hospital.
Today his deputy has updated the public that the Lord Mayor is improving steadily in a Nairobi hospital where he was flown.
In her post Nyanjura said”Following a recurring dizziness, persistent abdominal discomfort and severe chest pain despite attending several medical facilities in Kampala including Lubaga Hospital, Platinum Hospital, Case Hospital, Norvic Hospital among others, the Lord Mayor was referred to Nairobi Hospital for further management.
Consequently, he traveled to Nairobi earlier this week, arrived safely and was checked into Nairobi Hospital.
I spoke to the Lord Mayor today morning, he is stable and undergoing numerous tests.
