Moses Sebalamu the LC111 chairperson of Awobulenzi town council is currently detained at Luweero central police station for allegedly insighting violence leading to death of track driver.
Ssebalamu was detained yesterday evening after recording a statement on violence that broke up on Saturday that led to the shooting of two people by police men during enforcement of curfew.
Ivan Ssempuya a track driver and a resident of Kibuli zone was shot on Saturday as he was returning home at around 8:30pm.
Issa Ssemwogerere the Savannah region police spokesperson says that Ssebalamu insighted residents to attack police men who were enforcing curfew guidelines resulting in the shooting of the two people.
