Kawempe North member of parliament Muhammad Ssegirinya together with Makindye West legislator Allan Ssewanyana have been committed to the high court for trial by masaka chief magistrate court.
This after state finalizing with inquiries into the murder and terrorism charges against the legislators.
The two law makers have been committed alongside four others . According to prosecution they have collected enough evidence incriminating the group to have spearheaded the recent killing in greater masaka commonly known as Bijambiya that left over 30 lives lost.
The two legislators were on various occasions denied bail over failures that once realized may interfere with investigation into the case and they are currently incustrated.
Prosecution alleges that the group and others are still at large between the month of January and August 2021 staged the panga welding gangs to put lives of many to a stand still and also attempted to murder many in greater masaka region.
