Zimbabwean multi award winning Reggae Musician, Performing Artiste, Producer and Human Rights Activist has joined hands to fight the brutal and torture actions of Ugandans especially those on opposition.
“Dear Zambian Journalists and Writers, This is what is just a sneak peak of what is happening to your colleagues in Uganda under Yoweri Museveni in this 21st Century. This is writer Kakwenza Rukirabasaija who was recently abducted and tortured by Kaguta’s regime. Kindly find space in your line of duty to highlight the brutality being experienced by our brothers and sisters. Remember how KK and others fought Apartheid in South Africa and white minority rule in Rhodesia. This generation can also fight for the rest of Africa for the betterment of our continent. Thankyou.🖤” he posted on Facebook
The National Unity Platform Party President Hon Kyagulanyi Ssentamu commented and appreciated him for fighting for the rights of Ugandans and Africa at large
“We can not thank you enough brother man for standing with your Ugandan people. No African can claim to be free untill we are all free. What we we do or do not do now shows whether or not we learned lessons from the the Mandela, KK and Nkuruma generation” Kyagulanyi said
